EBENEZER UMC METHODIST CHURCH will hold the "Rock of Help" Food Pantry for anyone in the community in need of food from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month at the church's new food pantry building, 4901 Woodbine Road, near Winfield. Non-perishable foods, assorted frozen foods, plus a non-food household item, and children's shoes, are available. Those coming to the food pantry are asked to fill out a short information sheet, then the church gives them a list of available foods. THE MARYLAND ACCORDION CLUB meets 2-5pm, on the first Saturday of each month, September through June, in Catonsville United Methodist Church, 6 Melvin Ave., Catonsville, MD. Our current members reside in Anne Arundel Baltimore, Carroll, Calvert, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Kent, and Prince George's Counties, DC, DE, and VA. In 2019, the club begins its 17th year as a MD 501-C3 Non-Profit Organization. Each meeting includes an "open stage" session where accordionists, concertina, harmonium, and players of other free reed, acoustic, and folk instruments perform at every proficiency level in styles ranging from classical to jazz across world-wide traditions.
